 Q. What time do you arrive for setting up?
A. We generally like to arrive 30 minutes prior to the start of your event. Example: Your event begins at 12 noon, we get there by 11:30. We typically will be filming "establishment footage" before guests arrive.
 
Q. How much does Kasabian Kinescope charge for services?
A. Each event is quoted differently.  There is no flat fee.
 
Q. Do you publish your prices?
A. No. For pricing and availability, please call us at the above numbers or send us an email to kasabiankinescope@yahoo.com.
 
Q. How long are quoted prices good for?
A. 10 business days.
 
Q. What other languages are your website available in?
A. At present, in English. We are working to offer the information in Hungarian and Romanian.
 
Q. Do you offer video demonstrations?
A. By appointment only.
 
Q. Do you have any videos' online?
A. Visit our "Video Clips" page for highlights from past events.
 
Q. Where in Cluj-Napoca (Kolozsvár) is your office located?
A. Our office is located approximately 1/2 km west of the Billa market in Manastur.
 
Q. How long is the video demonstration?
A. Approximately 20-25 minutes.
 
Q. How soon can a contract be ready?
A. Immediately.
 
Q. Our civil wedding ceremony date is different from our church wedding date. Are you available for both?
A. Yes. Communication is very important regarding different dates for the same event!!
 
Q. How much of a deposit do you require?
A. We require a small deposit, to lock in the date, with the balance due upon completion of the contracted time.
 
Q. In the event of a cancellation, is our deposit returnable?
A. Deposits are non-refundable, non-returnable.
 
Q. How many cameras are used?
A. One. We may add a second camera (video or DSLR), to augment the footage.
 
Q. Do you still offer DJ services?
A. No. We ceased Mobile DJ operations in 2011.
 
Q. Our contracted time is complete, however, our event is running longer. Can the videographer stay past the time?
A. Yes. At this point, our Overtime rate kicks in.
 
Q. What is the average length of our video once the final DVD is ready?
A. The average duration is up to 2 to 3  hours. This, of course, is based on the individual celebration. 
 
Q. Do you offer the raw unedited video, as part of the package?
A. No. Raw Video, that is not used for mastering to DVD; as the Hollywood saying goes,"ends up on the cutting room floor". We do on rare occasions capture those "special moments", that end the program, as a "bonus featurette", or outtake footage. Q. How long does it take to receive our event on DVD?
A. Typical turn around time is 7-10 BUSINESS days.
 
Q. Can we order additional or replacement DVDs' from our event?
A. Yes. There is a fee for this.
 
Q. What other services do you offer?
A. Check out our Value Added Services page. We transfer photos, slides, VHS, 8mm Video, Mini DV and 8mm film to DVD,  plus family recordings on audio tape to CD.
 
Q. How will you beat the competition?
A. Bring your best offer to us. We will meet or beat the price. We will give you the "Hollywood"  look, without charging the red carpet price. Why pay more, when our experience, SELLS!
